"Client" or "You" refers to any individual or organization booking services through Oryx Travels.
"Services" refers to all travel-related services provided by us, including but not limited to accommodation, flights, tours, transportation, and related bookings.
"Booking" refers to the reservation made by a client for any of our services.
"Supplier" refers to third-party companies who provide travel services (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
2. Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or other communication methods provided by Oryx Travels.
A binding contract between you and Oryx Travels will be formed once you confirm you’re reservation.
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
In some cases, deposits or full payment may be required at the time of booking, and failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of the booking.
3. Payment
The total price for the services booked, including taxes and fees, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
10% deposit secures your spot.
Payment can be made via Venmo or by mailing a check.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by You: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the website. Cancellations are subject to the terms set by the suppliers and may result in cancellation fees, which will be deducted from any refund. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the booking.
Cancellations by Us: If we are forced to cancel or alter your booking for any reason beyond our control (e.g., force majeure events), we will offer you a full refund or an alternative service of equal value, subject to availability.
Non-refundable Services: Certain services, including but not limited to flights, special packages, or promotional offers, may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or trip interruptions. We can offer recommendations for reputable insurance providers but are not responsible for the terms or coverage of any insurance policies.
6. Changes to Bookings
You may request to change your booking (e.g., changing dates or destination) subject to availability and any additional fees imposed by the suppliers.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, travel permits) are valid and comply with the relevant regulations of the country you are visiting.
You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination you are traveling to and with the terms and conditions of the suppliers.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary vaccinations or medical requirements for travel.
8. Limitation of Liability
Oryx Travels acts solely as an intermediary between you and the suppliers and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense that occurs as a result of using the services.
We are not responsible for the performance or failure of performance by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking in question.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics.
10. Personal Data
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking services with us, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Your personal information may be shared with third-party suppliers to facilitate the services booked, but will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and trademarks, are the property of Oryx Travels or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without prior written permission from Oryx Travels.
12. Dispute Resolution
